Interior Lighting Effects: Color

This example uses back lit illumination through translucent 3-form panels to emit color, create visual interest, and emphasize this particular feature within the space.  The vertical surfaces of the illuminated panels also create visual boundaries.

This is an example of a ceiling wash. In the design above, it was used to create drama, emphasize height, and draw visual interest. An additional effect of the colored illumination is to give the impression of destination.
